This documentary is pure propaganda. I have no interest arguing the pros and cons of a vegan diet. The real danger of this documentary is the OUTRIGHT LIE that *sugar* is not the cause of diabetes and that meat somehow is. This is the polar opposite of reality. The American food supply was sabotaged in 1975 with the introduction of high-fructose corn syrup, which is now in absolutely everything we eat. There was no obesity/diabetes epidemic prior to this time. The food pyramid is upside down and it's intentional.
Just google the typical American diet after WWII and the incident rate of diabetes at the time. Then find some photos of people at the beach from the same time period and see how many overweight people you can spot. Good luck.
