Absolute joke. Bad acting, bad delivery. Disney has destroyed marvel. How can you give unqualified people jobs to do a big movie. Probably the worse big budget movie I've ever seen.

So i also didn't read the book but the story is interesting. The delivery is just not up to par which is my problem with some of these shows. The casting wasn't good. You have some actors that are ok and the rest are so unbearable. The delivery of the story is all over the place. The director must be an amateur. The main actress wasn't good which is really sad cause you have to see her all the time. With a better casting and more details which a lot of the people that has read the book said was omitted and great director would have made this a show that could have won awards. Such a waste.

Heard people comparing this to GOT lol. Story is ok but delivery is poor. Not even close to GOT same way HOD is poorly delivered. Nothing would come close to GOT. There were lots of pieces that do not add up. Could have been better.

Am not sure there is any show better than GOT. The delivery was very good. The one thing that has been happening is movies and shows with great stories gets butchered by poor delivery. The acting was almost perfect. And am someone that doesn't believe in perfection. The attention to details, the unpredictability, the costumes, the connection of every episodes to the ones in the future and past. Just pure genius. And yes season 8 wasn't as good but it was the last 2 episodes that where rushed. Season 8 could have ended with 10 episodes instead of seven. It could have been more detailed. The last episode was the worst episode in all the series.This would make it a 4.5 for me which I would definitely round up. Great show but poor ending. I wish that the same people involved with GOT took on the HOD show. Far from each other on every aspect.
