Absolutely horrible. Not even worthy of one star. Poor effects, cheaply made, story line is completely wrong & the creeper himself is just ridiculous. Not scary at all. His characteristics & mannerism is nothing like the previous creeper. It's as if they compiled 100 worse of the worse rated horror movies together & added a creeper imposter. So disappointing
