I was disappointed with the show, the only think they really took from the books was the names of the characters. They completely changed the stories line and order, like page didn't enter until noon two after mel and jack were already together. Also don't really like the actors picked to play jack and preacher, jack is supposed to be big really handsome and very tough, and preacher is supposed to be a very big strong handsome silent man. I definitely prefer the books over the show
