I love this show. I saw an ad for it and recognized Max from Blacklist. So I gave it a try. I e worked in hospitals for 20 years.... Not everything works like it depicts in the show.. however, good characters, good acting, and good story lines makes it great show. I came in late, so I binged all through season 4. It's a great show that I definitely recommend.
