Air America put in a new air conditioner for me six or seven years ago. Since then, I’ve had it serviced no less than every six months, sometimes more often. This morning I woke up with water leaking. It was just service about a month ago. I called them two hours ago, they told me they would be at $69.95 charge, and I’ve gotten no callback. So I called about an hour ago. That person told me to be $150 charge. I told him that was not acceptable since the unit was just serviced a month ago and I don’t believe the drain line was properly blown out. And then, even, I still receive no call back. I’ve been a good customer for a lot of years, and I’m going elsewhere.
