Abhinandh

This is the spookiest and weridest short story in a brilliant way. The evocations from Murakami's descriptive language , stirring whiskey with a finger, the smell of vinyl , the joys of weight loss (heh), the taste of food and drink...unbelievably strong sensory impact. Maybe not a very popular choice. But I'd say this is the greatest short story I've ever read.
