I stated with this drama without any expectations. but I have come to admire this drama for many reasons. first and foremost amongst them is with regards to how beautifully they have created the character of Oh Jin-Shim. Oh Jin- Shim is not your stereotypical "actress" ,as is commonly depicted in the dramas through ages. she is kind hearted from the beginning and she doesn't just start growing a heat because she has found a mr. perfect. she isn't shallow or snobbish and yet she never deflects compliments and acknowledges that she is indeed pretty. she loves being an actress and at the same time has the strength to withstand the dark side of being in the glamour industry. she accepts that certain comments have hurt her but doesn't let such hurt weaken her resolve to continue being an actress. she is isn't depicted as someone who is notoriously dumb either. even though she falters on the job in the beginning she catches up fast and soon earns the respect of all her colleague. thanks to the team for creating such a positive female lead.
