my oh my. the queens corgi - could not have been a more beautifully written and encapsulating movie. i was very skeptical upon hearing that johnny depp would be staring as the main character - rex - but let me tell you all of those skepticism’s were tossed out the window as soon as he galloped onto the screen. depp really understood the meaning and truth behind ever situation , trial , and word that rex went through and said. it was like he was rex. ben made the correct casting choice because no one else could have fulfilled this role as perfectly as depp. i was truly moved by his heartbreaking story and the way he turned his troubles around and used them for good. it’s not often you see a kids animated movie with johnny depp as the star with such a deep and powerful message. i will truly never be the same. depp has not only changed my outlook on life - but he has changed me. i am forever grateful for the life lessons - the truths - the model ways - that rex and his life under the queen has given me. thank you rex. thank you queen. thank you ben. but most importantly thank you johnny - may we all be forever indebted to you and your truly inspirational works of art. you’ve done it once again sir.

my oh my. when i first heard about johnny depp being jacob, i was really skeptical. in the book the descriptions are all off. but gollee gee i don’t think there was a better person catherine (the director) could have chosen. his acting was top tier - like nothing i’ve ever seen before. and don’t even get me started on robert - i’ve never seen a more convincing and enthralling performance from any actor ever in any movie i’ve ever seen. from the first moment he appeared on the screen he had me encapsulated by his lucious and glowing skin, the skin some might call “of a killer.” him and kristin’s chemistry was nothing short of perfection. the love triangle between robert , bella , and johnny was so real and so truthful i forgot i was watching a movie. it was like i had been transported to the small town of forks. never again will i play baseball the same. never again will i traverse the forest alone. never again will i be scared of a van zooming towards me at full speed. for i know that the cullens are always near. always watching. and for that i am eternally grateful. thank you cullens for all that you have done and all that you will do - your legacy lives on forever and ever.

my oh my. i actually don’t have enough words to describe how beautifully artistic and jaw dropping this film was. it was a story of a simple man living a not so simple life, whose paths crossed with Wallace - another not so simple man living a not so simple life. i won’t divulge into too many details because that is something you as the watcher should be able to experience first hand by yourself - but what I will say is that this movie will change your life - i know it did for me. never again will i look at a walrus or an old man wishing to tell stories of his life the same. is that a bad thing? that, my dear friend, is up to you to decide. have a laugh, have a cry, have a pause as you wonder “am i really watching this?” and enjoy the best movie i’ve seen in a while. thank you mr. tusk for the inspiring and influential message that your life and legacy has given us all. we all thank you. long live mr. tusk. 🇨🇦🐟🇨🇦
