I can't disagree more with the reviews. I absolutely love Breath of the wild. One of the best games I've ever played and I've been gaming for 30+ years. However,. Age of calamity does not capture the essence of this game. You could just as easily swap out the Zelda characters with say LOTR characters and the game would feel exactly the same. It's a hack and slash. That's it. It doesn't even remotely feel like I'm playing Zelda or anything having to do with the series. I was really looking forward to this game and I gotta say I'm super disappointed. One swipe of your sword and 30 enemies explode. I can see where this type of game may appeal to others and especially someone who loves hack and slash games, but I don't feel it deserves the Zelda brand. I really hope BOTW2 comes out soon and can provide the countless hours of enjoyment I received playing the first one. A prequel would have been awesome too had it been an open world RPG / adventure game like BOTW.

Poorly directed. Cheesy special effects and dialogue. Poor execution of every single scene honestly. Nothing like the first one which was great. Very disappointing.

Great show if you're into medieval times, dragons, mages, etc. I'm hooked, hope it lasts 10 seasons.

If I could give it zero stars I would. Unwatchable. Awful CGI and special effects. Terrible casting aside from Michael Keaton. Terrible attempt at adding humor throughout. I had to shut it off half way through. Couldn't take anymore. DC / Warner Bros - the direction you're moving in is called bankruptcy. Listen to the people that watch your films, not the people who make them.
