Wow, I really didn't expect it to be this good. The pick up from the Silence of the Lambs movie is expertly done and the casting is spot on. I'm expecting great things from this series. I really wish I could binge the lot though.

We are only two episodes in but so far I'm not impressed. The director has taken major liberties with the story, none of which seem to be for the better. If I hadn't read the book, I would have a great deal of difficulty following the story. I can't say I'm particularly impressed with the casting either, particularly Whoopi - she certainly doesnt seem a fitting Mother Abigail.
