Samia Ajmal – Google

Honestly this book was such a huge disappointment. It is extremely overhyped. The title, and the cover got me. BUT when I started reading it, it was so boring that at a point I got frustrated. like I just wanted something to happen.In one chapter the characters are burying a bird, in the other they are just eating and talking at a restaurant, and in the other they're riding in the subway. I had to push myself to finish reading this book. I hate the fact that the author all of a sudden just wrote a kissing scene and turned them to lovers. I mean like they were friends, I had read the entire novel from a perspective in which they both were friends and so abruptly they just kissed. I mean I liked them better as friends, and that kiss was so out of the box. The reason I am rating it 2, instead of 1 is just because of the ending. The ending was emotional, (ofc) and far more grasping than the entire novel.
