Take it from someone who has indulged in almost every piece of Star Wars media there is including comics, games and novels. The acolyte is terrible series so far. It doesn’t feel like Star Wars at all. I feel for Lee Jung Jae as he’s a great actor but has unfortunately fallen victim to probably the worst piece of Star Wars we have ever seen. The series could have been absolutely out of this world if real Star Wars fans were involved in the creation. To all those people saying “only old white guts are upset”, you don’t care about Star Wars. You don’t care about a good narrative. You only care about upsetting people that aren’t part of your club. Well, I hope you have very deep pockets because real Star Wars fans aren’t going to be funding these projects anymore.
