I just watched it and came, yes it's the asusual same positives like vfx and things. But there is nothing like that i will remember from this movie. Not Alia nor Ranbir A certain thumbs down for their dialogue delivery too, dialogues were written badly,yes but it did not give them a reason to blurt the same in a montonus manner. Alia bhatts character esha shouted "Shiva" more than the amount of popcorn in the bucket. The only positive was perhaps the cameo of shah rukh khan, he lookes so genuine given such a short period of time frame for him and mouni roy made a good villain. Amitabh bachan and Nagarjuna were fair for their roles, The director certainly lost track somewhere in all his whimsicals nevertheless it's just a one time watch, hopefully the second part will be better.

Screenplay- Boring Story- Okay Music-Average Alia Bhatt- Good. But overreacts in many places. Side characters- are like a miss. There was little to no story for them. Vijay Raaz is wasted. Ajay devgn looked more drunk than powerful in his screen time. Certain side stories which started just fizzled out. Gangubais love story or winning a election does not have a conclusion only! Plot is so predictable. Just by adding lavish sets and dance does not make a cinema good. And Gangubai doesn't age even a bit after 12 long years apparently! Jim sarbh and Vijay Raaz looked like the only saving grace for this long movie.

83 is a film which can be described as not a good film but not a bad film either. It's like neutral. More screenplay should have been given to the additional players. Unnecessary personal dramas should have been talking off. It should have been based purely upon cricket. I was fairly convinced with ranveer singhs potrayal of kaps. The other actors also acted very well, they reminded that they themselves were the players (eg, Srikanth or Roger Binny) and not otherwise. Just because Deepika is ranveers wife they put her in the film with such unnecessary screenplay that it just drags away from the emotion of the game. Pregnant woman going in labour and asking for the score like what are you serious man? The director went fairly nuts in between and showed whatever the hell he wanted and made a joke about "std"- (acidity) now i clearly don't know if that really happened but it just took away the vibe of the final cricket match which I was rooting for. I love cricket but avoid Bollywood if you are hoping for a good cricket movie.

I thought gehraiyaan will take me to the "gehraai" of the film but it was just floating in shallow waters. Deepika's acting is very realistic and it kind off shows her piku character again... I'd really wish they stop casting ananya Pandey because (spoilers ahead) in one scene she is distraught due to Siddhant's character's death in the film and it looks like she is crying over a petty boyfriend breakup matter. (His death also seemed so unrealistic) As the rest is concerned all the other senior characters have acted well... This could have been much more better with probably little humour or laughs. Please avoid if you are faint hearted or have some trivial issues going on. ( It could make it worse) Songs are good but I waiting almost 2 weeks for this film to release on Amazon...na not worth it.

I liked this show in season 1. So I followed season 2 naturally. I like everyone and everything possibly in this show except the lead. Her acting is not convincing, moreover she didn't show even one trait of being a south indian girl, well I'm a south indian and couldn't entirely grasp to her character in this season. And all she does is mostly apologize in this season to every possible person especially to aneesa her new indian friend. That one scene where they dance in ridiculous costumes...it was so cringe worthy.
