I could NOT get past the excessive use of "OK". It was used constantly! The word is okay not OK. This is not a text! The editing was subpar. "Alright" not "all right". I finished the book. I love watching old movies. I was so excited to read a novel about an old movie star from the golden age of Hollywood. Eh, I could not relate or get invested in the characters. Sad. Very disappointed. I did appreciate that the main character was unapologetic about her choices whether they were good or bad.
