The documentary is sooooooo dramatic *rolls eyes* but I appreciate it for the history of the Cecil Hotel. This gets a 3 star rating because there was a lot of unnecessary footage in it for the purpose of misdirection, I guess.
One thing I will say, as someone who believes in the concept of the physical and non-physical worlds and that they both collaborate with each other, I do believe the cause of death, as ruled by the LAPD Coroners Office, is valid/legit and I strongly believe there was an energy that lead her to the spot that ultimately lead to her death (trying not to include any spoilers in this review).
I do. I really do. The complexity involved with getting to where she was found, considering her cause of death, she was "lead" there. There is no question that the Cecil Hotel has potent dark energy though. I don't think this would've happened if she was staying somewhere else. Yet even with all that, there is a purpose to her life and definitely her death. If only to shine a light on something we tend to hide and mock in our society.
I'm hormonal right now so maybe that's why, but I found myself crying uncontrollably watching the elevator video and hearing the description of her final moments. Not because I believe someone harmed her, but because I believe she was experiencing something that many of us could never relate to and she was suffering/struggling.
