When I went into the cinema, I honestly thought this would flop as it had been hyped up so much but I’m so glad it was the opposite. Barbie presents how both men and women are enough and can exist on their own i.e. in the film Barbie goes to be human in the “Real World” and Ken tries to find out who he is without Barbie. Also America Ferreira’s monologue was SUPER accurate and I thank Greta Gerwig and whoever else wrote this script. However it does have many laughs as well and isn’t all about thinking how the world is bad. I would recommend everyone to see this film, doesn’t matter what your background or whether you’re a Barbie or Ken :) . P.S: The last scene is a real tearjerker
