2 years ago I decided to try intermittent fasting and dropped from 175 lbs to 135. I slowly became lazier, my fasts became shorter, and those cheat doughnuts were happening more often. I gained 15lbs back. I found this book and realized why intermittent fasting had been working for me and renewed my motivation. Weight is improving again. Love that this book explains things with some good scientific justification and admits when the science is convoluted and not fully understood.
