Beautifully done. This is a Social History Lesson as well as an entertaining film. The squalour and filth of everyday living, the hellishly poor conditions under which most English citizens lived in Dicken's day is extremely well portrayed by an array of talented actors. Slight deviation from the book and the very end, not quite sure why.....but a marvellous film. I shall most certainly be recommending it to friends and shall watch it again at some point.

Brilliant. A wonderful afternoon's entertainment. The cast were, of course, all of a high calibre. This play had it all - sorrow, joy, intrigue,music. Thank you to everyone involved in staging this production.
