Spoilers Ahead!! Scream 6 is overrated and very mediocre. The two college students who wanted to be like the killers of Scream 5 (Richie Kirsch and Amber Freeman) and then being killed by a Ghostface was very ironic. All the Scream movies are supposed to be about finishing what happen in the beginning. But Scream 6 ruins that idea because Sidney is not even there, but maybe she wanted to get away from the killings, but they should have included her some how. Samatha is the daughter of Billy Loomis which we already know because of the 5th scream movie.But the 6th scream movie would have been even better if the killers were trying to convince her to continue on and finish her fathers legacy for their son/ brother, Richie Kirsch, but no the killers were trying to get revenge for their brother and son Richie Kirsch by killing Tara and Samatha because Sam and Tara killed Richie on but that has nothing to do with the storyline. They had all the mask from the last 5 scream movies and they used them as a countdown to killers revenge in Scream 6 and to shrine the killer’s son/ brother. But as we seen in Scream 6 some people like Quinn are not always actually dead, so it would be reasonable to finish off the franchise will Billy Loomis and Stu Macher alive with all the other killers of the Scream movies. This could be true because not everything is as it seem as you could see in Scream 6 Quinn was “killed” and her father swapped her body out with a fake one and everyone bought that she was dead. But every body would think Billy and Stu were dead but they would actually be reuniting all the other killers and they would try to get Billy’s daughter to join the legacy. Samatha would trick her father, Billy that she would join the legacy in order to protect her sister, Tara and her friends from being killed and Samatha would then lure Sidney back to New York as a request from her father to kill the legacy’s which include (Gail, Sidney, and Kirby) then her, Gail, Sidney, Kirby, her sister and her friends would then finish the franchise by making sure every killer was killed and not still alive thereby finishing the franchise.
