Don't stop giving your opinions on things, whatever they are. Each viewpoint is worth hearing, even if somehow controversial at times. Life is a learning, caring, and growing process. I recently discovered your program, and have also recently discovered "Free Speech TV." I enjoy this channel. It tells folks so much that many networks don't. BTW, I have a brother named David also, and he and his family live in MA. David's about my age. He's worked at Harvard for the past several years. I also have other family living near him and his family. I ramble...sorry. I miss them! Thanks for "listening!"

Very good dramatic movie. Learned a lot about the Amish also. Went on a sightseeing trip to Lancaster, PA shortly before this movie came out. Loved the trip in its entirety. Beautiful, insightful, extremely interesting. I've recently learned, however, a lot of things about the Amish way of life that's particularly hard on children and women. As a whole, I'm sure they're all wonderful, good Christian people. I myself am Christian (since a few years before "Witness" came out). Nobody's perfect, including me. I just wish the children and women who have it the hardest could reach out for help without being "shunned" or being humiliated more...it's really not as idyllic as it seems to "the English."
