Lei Raion – Google

If you want to play offline or solo, the game seems pretty fun and should be an enjoyable experience. However, most people want to play ARPGs with friends... Which you cannot do in this game currently. Multiplayer exists to be clear, but loading screens (login and transitioning between zones) has been extremely laggy and sometimes takes 10 or even 20 minutes FOR MONTHS. MONTHS prior to the release players were complaining about this. It has not changed. It's unacceptable how bad the state of their multiplayer is in the full release.

Massive issues day 1. The game has been out for 3 hours and unplayable for 2.5 of them. Edit: So weeks later, I firmly stand by my 1 star rating. The game itself is great. It is exactly old D2 with substantially improved graphics. Lovely. Except you can't play it most of the time. Barring crashes or issues creating games (yes, these are STILL happening, weeks after launch!)... they now have implemented a queue to restrict the amount of players that are even able to be online. This queue will be active even in the MORNING and is typically longer than 20 minutes (or hours in the afternoon) Outrageous. Not to mention if you get DCd or crash, etc, yeah guess what. You're back in the queue again. It's gross, Blizzard has yet again done a terrible job.

This sequel was fantastic! The boss fights are so epic! There are some minor issues I have personally with the ending, but the story in this sequel is just as intensely impactful as the first. Apart from those minor complaints... Moon Studios knocks it out of the park again with music, game-play, and art. Especially if you haven't given yourself the blessing that was the first game.. you owe it to yourself to get into this series and play it. Bonus Challenge: Get through this series without crying.
