Whack. Not James Wan material. What the hell am i watching😂😂😂 the idea is cool. But terrible acting, overbearing cgi, and poor use of theme music... Edit: the last 15 minutes when you see what the cancer is and how it plays out is actually cool. But overall it seems like the writing was awful. However, if there had been good actors it may have been solid. Not sure if my bias is based on failed attempts by the actors. I don't think they did the characters justice. Either way James Wan is still a master and deserves praise. I'll always be a fan.

I think John Krasinki is a genius. This story is so incredible. The emotions this movie conveys bring you to tears. May I remind you many of them are subtle and done during scenes where the characters are deaf relying on each other and sign language. Small details like that just make me respect this so much more. Not too mention how terrifying the suspense is.
