Television and music are influential mediums that shape the human brain. Some movies can be quite dull, while others may captivate our interest. The suggestion of incorporating sex education into the Indian curriculum may seem absurd to some. If such a subject were to be introduced, there is concern about the potential subsequent inclusion of LGBTQ education and discussions on multiple genders. The decision on when and how to educate children about sex should ultimately be left to their parents, who know their kids best. Rather than focusing solely on sex education, it is essential to address more pressing issues in the country. Our education system requires improvement and should prioritize providing education to those in need. Additionally, it would benefit students to have a wider range of subjects to choose from, as this would better cater to their interests and aspirations. It is disconcerting that television programming details the need for sex education in schools without considering these other pressing matters.
