First of all, whoever wrote this knowledge panel clearly did not watch the movie. There is no man dressed in a dog costume. They are animatronic characters that go murderously crazy as "The Show Must Go On". Think furry terminators, but, with no film budget to afford CGI and good acting. It is predictable and B-rated at its core.
