I've listened to all of Kendrick Lamar's work since Overly Dedicated and this is the most introspective I've seen him get. After years of fighting the battle of a society that doesn't appreciate him, it's good to see him take a step back and assess his position as a man with his own problems. This is one of my favourite albums of all time. 100% recommend if you love introspective music.

As someone who discovered Token through YouTube freestyles back in 2016, seeing him come this far to make beautiful music like this is amazing.
Definitely recommend this album to anyone who wants to see the next big thing in hip-hop hit his early stride.
No bad song on this album. So much artistic versatility. Something for everyone to love as well as his signature wordsmith style. The production on this something else as well.
