It's chiefly a story about loss and grief but there is also a deep message about how we're destroying the planet with pollution. If you narrative driven stories and the calm of the deep blue sea, this is a game worth examining.

I don't know anything about the games but I allowed myself to learn this story with green eyes and it ended with a big payoff. It's well shot, smart writing, good pacing and never dull. Not one filler moment. Walter Goggins is gold.

A fun, often silly send up of an 80s classic. Nothing more or less. It has a lot of goofy jokes, crude innuendo (as is the nature of teenagers), and canned comic movies. However, the film has a fantastic visual style, feels very modern, fun for the whole family and the voice acting was excellent. I know nothing about the past movies or cartoons or video games despite growing up in that era. The movie hit all the marks for a summer family film.

Easily the best television show thus far in 2022. Action, intrigue, tension, stellar acting from every character, what a great show.

I don't get the critique. This is better than any of those dry sitcoms out there.

Definitely one of the best standalone MCU films ever made. People use the lazy comparison to Black Panther but centering Asian culture and while close, it's not even the same kind of film. Really good stuff.
