I was looking forward to this one from the trailers, but the level of violence seems ridiculous for a Sunday evening BBC 'comedy thriller' - where's the comedy in shooting an entire police station (who apparently forgot how to call for assistance)? Plus all of the other unpleasantness - hands cut off, tongues cut out - plus the crazy plot holes ('You'll have to find me first' - well, seeing as the bad guy has just called you on your very own mobile phone, he seems pretty well-informed) - make it an unpleasant watch. I get it's an antidote to all of the 'cozy crime' around at the moment, but this all just seems gratuitous.

Tries hard to evoke a sensation of lurking dread, but the flat voice acting, dull visual palette and jerky combat mechanics make this game frustrating rather than atmospheric. If you’ll forgive the pun, it’s all just a damp squid.
