Raghava Lawrence is a great director especially when it comes to the horror genre. If you are watching Laxmi after watching the Tamil film kanchana probably you might hate the Hindi version, and there are a lot more scenes that make you think that the film has a Tamil tinge. The cast of Laxmi tried their best to meet the fineness of kanchana but they failed miserably. If you are watching this film for the first time just watch to pass the time without any expectations.
