I have been asking for an invoice and it's been 3 days now and I am just being sent from pillar to post. They tell me the number I call is for the head office they will send the request to Gucci Sandton but no feedback upto now. The guy calls me from. Sandton and promises to sent me a whatsapp but he doesn't come back to me. I call back the head office in Italy they tell me I should just wait for the call. I am so disappointed.
