Unfortunately due to weather issues causing a cancellation, my family and I were unable to attend. I was assured by customer service that a refund was no problem but it would take 28 days to receive. I was fine with that. The show was in March and it is now basically June and they have stopped responding to my emails. I was told after the first 30 days that there was an error and it would take an additional 28 days to receive the refund. It was 4 tickets, 2 adults and 2 kids around $150 total. Just a response would be nice.
