Normally it's the voice actors that fail to convey emotion. But it's like the animators for What If decided to sloppily generate bland art that conveys no emotion or facial expression. It's like the the executives mandated the studios to save money by only making the mouths move for all the characters and not allow them to show an ounce of emotion. Crazy how they can make animated characters feel robotic and emotionless. I won't even elaborate on the horrible AI generated plots.
