I was a Sprint customer for 15 plus years till they started to charging me for stuff that I didn't have, I call customer service several times and they keep adding one thing Bijan another every month after months maybe years of having the same problem I decided to go to a different company and after 5 months with my new company and I still have the same problem with Sprint, they send me a bill every month for the same money. after I call 3 times to get it resolved and nothing, this is very frustrating.
