I appreciate this film so much. Don't get the hate and negative reviews that some critics gave this movie at all. To me it is one of the best entries in the MCU to date. What I like particularly about this movie is the diverse and talented cast (I mean Chloe Zhao, the first woman of color to win an Oscar for Best Director is freaking directing it!) to the brilliant cinematography (s/o to the stunning VFX) In addition, the movie, to me, has just the right amount of humor which is something that I would consider good in a film. The fight choreography is brilliant as well and the overall sense of the movie. In terms of the acting, most of them I can say really did an amazing job in portraying their characters. However some actors really stood out from the film - Salma Hayek & Angelina Jolie being the fabulous & seasoned actors as they always have, Richard Madden also brought it down with his deliverance, Kumail Nanjiani & Lia McHugh are a revelation and Harish Patel definitely stole the show on this one for me as the ice-breaker in the movie. I think it really showcased well Chloe Zhao's ability to mesh her skill as an arthouse director with the demands of a blockbuster big event of a Marvel movie making it feel like it's not a Marvel movie but it is definitely a Marvel movie! If you know what I mean? It is a must-see movie for sure.
