โStick with itโ is the best advice to eventually enjoy itโฆnot rave about itโฆbut get interested enough to stay invested for something to watch.
The bad things about this show donโt outweigh itโs overall good worth for entertainment. But letโs face it, itโs not winning any awards, mainly because of the writing.
I think they had trouble with picking and choosing what to focus on from the source material.
Often, the time or detail on certain aspects is either too much, or too little, and frankly arbitrary, to distinguish whatโs going on if you havenโt read the book or played the game.
GOT had seasons upon seasons to do storylines that were devoted to particular characters we may not have seen in the end but were important and very entertaining.
LOTR allowed us to not have to know every detail on every character from Tolkien to enjoy it, stay true, and not be confusing.
Itโs not on par with those adaptations, but certainly enjoyable if you donโt set your expectations that high ๐คท๐ปโโ๏ธ
