Some reviewers talk about DEFIANCE as though it is a documentary and fails as such.
I see it as a film about not only survival but fighting back and learning what is really important in survival.
They are as Jews hiding in a huge Belarusian forest where Nazis and collaborators are nearby.
Sibling rivalry and brotherly love are central. There is Romance and action.
