Man if it wasn’t because the original is so much more real than this one I might of given it one more star. It’s hard to compare entire storyline to the original. “The name is Dalton” the band, with the blind singer, the bartender skimming the till, the hot tempered bouncer, man this Dalton in the first one is managing the club basically, catching all that’s wrong with the daily running of the bar business. While the 2024 Dalton isn’t really doing anything but fighting with superpowers. Even the breakfast scene is so much more natural and flows well compared to the new one. It felt weird watching Gyllenhall play this character with the trauma in his brain, etc….. I didn’t quite like the owner of the bar her acting was forced and subpar. Didn’t like the bartender either 😆 just watch it yourself you’ll see the difference.

This movie was incredibly written and acted. I don’t want to ruin it by giving anything away in describing the film. I’m not a big Beatles fan and I’m telling you SEE THIS AND ENJOY!

Watched with the hope of reasoning behind this hope of a mood turning event, hope of a happy scene Failed all the way

Im 53 years old and have been a teenager before. As a teenager I’d probably find this movie shocking and incredibly funny. Now not so much. Pretty disgusting to watch, the cursing is way over the top, sexual profanity over the top and all this happening over and over again. Couldn’t take more than 15 minutes. Stay away if you’re an adult.

Absolutely wonderfully weird and out of reality but so enjoyable there is a message of love for humanity in this film!

Pierce and Liam get to work, I like the cinematography, the survival skills scenes, the characters are well played for that time and place, the end is just as good as any end to a western but it’s not about that but the journey to get there that counts.

I’m liking the filmography, the music, but I’m halfway thru and disgusted at the thought that they poop and pee in the ocean yuk it also doesn’t seem like an “Island” it’s no bigger than a two story nightclub you can find in any major city, it’s day party spot for young people, because there is safety hazards at night with the ocean rising and waves crashing on the platform. And thunderstorms etc, seems unrealistic how they operate such a place, how do they get electricity for the music and the bar? What to do with the trash? I’ll watch to the end to see if anything is explained!

Couldn’t make sense of all the quirky mess Disney know who was good , who was bad or what the purpose of any of the characters, left the theater feeling as lost as when the movie started a total lost of time in my opinion.

I enjoyed the movie not digging deep in historical accurate detail about Napoleon There was war, love, and comedy. Don’t worry about the reviews and watch this with an open mind and in my opinion It wasn’t boring people! I’ve seen boring movies in my lifetime this isn’t it! Enjoy!

Visually stricking, very confusing too many unanswered questions, simple point is made through out the movie but we all know men worked and women were mostly house wives in the 50’s and early 60’s
