I felt that the film's overall story was good, and I especially liked the parts where the movie tried to explore the idea of Pinocchio having an eternal life while all the people around him have to die someday and how Pinocchio and his papa face this reality. However, some of the plotlines are really inconsistent and purely driven by out-of-nowhere conveniences. At the same time, I absolutely adore the visuals, music tracks, and songs in the movie, and they make the film enjoyable. So, for me, it is 4/5.

Phenomenal. Has the exact worth of a great Denis Villeneuve work... Finished watching the film, and I'm now speechless. The visuals, the music, the production, the acting, ... every aspect is stunning. Woow!!!

Although The Hunger Games (2012) is a high budget movie, I have to say, I'm not much satisfied with its cinematography, storytelling and character development.

To some extent, the film was entertaining, specially the beginning. A great build up until the end. However, the end is not much realistic, with the usual "can't explain what's happening" thing, which can be seen in many horror movies these days. Also, the actors put a great drama while dying although they are wounded by several gun shots and swords. I have to accept that the cinematography is awesome; good camera movements, environment, colors, all well done. As I think, it is not a great film, but I cannot say it is not worthy watching.
