The game is amazing. I bought this game day after release for my ps4. After sony's actions, however, I have vehemently decided to not buy a ps5, and will probably never spend money on Sony products again outside of the newest Spider-Man, but only to support that specific studio, Insomnia. I feel like I am being punished for supporting this game early by not having access to Turbo mode, not having access to Vergil's story, and not getting other special edition content, and I am expected to buy an entire PS5 or buy the full game again on PC and download mods to access things like turbo mode. I should think early supporters should be rewarded for their actions, instead of punished in this way. This further contributes to my resolve to never spend money on Sony. Devil May Cry 5 itself is an amazing game, and I hope someday we get a 6, but I will be buying on PC forever unless Sony can show me they will be rewarding and honest to their loyal fans. I have loved Devil May Cry since the first game, and sincerely hope that the franchise continues to succeed, with, or without Sony. Sony, if you read this, I am only in support of the devs who put in hard work to make Vergil. Sony has consistently lied to their fans, censored games but had users pay full price, released a terrible piece of hardware they call a PS5 with tons of bugs and problems, and they have had worthless customer support.
