More exposition than game play I say exposition because there's no story just "hey here's this character CARE ABOUT THEM" . Seriously stop forcing 5k characters that are superfluous to the current plot. Also would have never guessed Rean was the lead to this one. Didn't finish I was too angry 10 hours of exposition and 1 hour ( being generous here) of game play.

Okay first off I hated the monotony of this. The 'father' acts like such a creep from episode one and the so called cute school life feels so... Disingenuous. It is kind skin crawling in nature. That said I found myself so enraged by how Saya loves her friends and her life and her family as well as her town- yet would simply stand by and let members of the community be eaten or have their heads torn off. It honestly insulted me a lot. For such a hero she is awful at her job. BUT then I realized that this was a comedy above all else by the school yard bloodbath to the spider monster I was laughing so hard at the absurdity of it all. The deaths so over the top. No one having an ounce of survival instinct! In 2020 I did need a laugh like that. The "twist" comes waaaay too late. They should have at least have cued the audience in on this but well they didn't and so by the time the twist came it only further detached me from the characters entirely making it so I no longer cared if anyone lived.
