A must see for conservatives and liberal environmentalists alike, a meeting ground of hearts and minds. Dark, bleak and profoundly disturbing, offering the faintest glimmer of hope. This film should be watched with the intention of reading the rebuttals which followed its premiere. Not an uplifting film, but one crafted out of despair and hopelessness, for that alone it should receive 5 stars, highest rating. I do believe there is hope in the direction the film repeatedly points us at - ourselves, each one of us. I do not believe the Planet is an infinite source of wealth, what it is is an eternal spring of responsibility. Watch this film, feel sad, then get ready to find the answers to its thought provoking contentious premises. After watching it I am sure we are not doomed.
