I don't how he looks, I've just felt and heard him. I've felt him standing right behind me, I've been heard by him, I've heard him (genuinely, I've heard unclear strong vibrations coming from nowhere but the Krishna Statue at my home), my wishes have come true when I deeply need them. He hears, what no one else. I have had experience, but I've not seen him. But people say, he looks like this. Maybe, he does.

Life gives you lemons quite often. There are days, when you're just about to give up on everything. Situations seem to be a permanent damage.

Life is harsh. I am not really sure if God really exists or not, I believe in a power which is present around you, around me, watching us, listening us, telling us, making us feel guilty when we commit bad things, on the contrary makes our heart light when we do something good.

I have never believed in Karmas. I've seen people who have committed sins enjoying their lives, and people who're kind suffering. The logic of afterlife, or last birth never satisfied me enough. I had complaints, I had questions. I had a severe secret urge in my heart, I wanted to be answered.

And accidentally, I began to watch Mahabharat (2013-14; Star Plus / Hotstar). I had been suffering through a tough phase and my sailing had become easier with this. Mahabharat hits you different, when you're low in life.

Its not just a story of a mere battle, its our culture, our history, our origins, our religion. Now something new I've learnt from this is, the word DHARMA, which on English Translation says RELIGION, is not the right meaning! DHARMA actually means , RIGHTEOUS. It has nothing to do with Hindu/Muslim etc. Nowhere will you hear the word, Hindu.

When you see the lives of our Great, what they have been through, our pains seem smaller, our life seems better. It taught me the real meaning of religion, karmas, beliefs, faith, honesty, love, unity.

I always had questions about Lord Krishna, but all my views are changed after watching this beautiful epic. I still get goosebumps remembering scenes, the background music, the instrumental tone, the dialogues.

Sacrifice, it's a very tough decision to look for someone else's betterment than to ourselves. but who could teach me the importance of sacrifice than the BHEESHMA PITAMAH himself.
You have taught me the importance of family, the PROMISE, decisions, betterment, thinking of everyone's betterment than being selfish. you have taught me what love is, what Dharma is.
