Predictable, I was hoping in M. Night's tradition, there would be a better twist.

Having a young teen and a pre-teen, I definitely was able to relate to a lot of this. I loved how the characters are portrayed. All 4 of us, me and my 3 kids, enjoyed it. Sometimes sequels are terrible, this was a great one!

We didn't know what to expect being GotG fans. But I have to say, my 3 kids and I had a blast. It had something for everyone. It wasn't boring. It was funny, heartwarming at times....I did cry a few times. But a must see for sure. I'm not a professional critic, nor an avid critic (I speak like a normal person). Make sure you stay until the house lights come up. Enjoy!

I promised my boys we would see this in the theater with all the fun snacks. Going to the movies is a treat bc of the cost. Sadly, my father passed away when it was released which put a pause on us going right away, but I kept my promise and took them tonight. Now, I'm not a professional reviewer, I'm just a mom. My daughter did not want to see this, but my boys (10 and 8) have been anxiously anticipating the release for so long. I broke the school night rule and took them. We were excited. But 10 minutes in and I was bored. 30 minutes in I thought it had potential. By the end, I was disappointed. I loved the individual characters, the soundtrack was incredible and Jack Black killed the "Peaches" song, it had a familiarity to it. But the overall story needed something. I was bored. My 8 year old absolutely loved it. I asked him his favorite part and he couldn't pinpoint one scene. My 10 year old said it wasn't what he hoped-for and he was disappointed. Voice overs were great, artistry was brilliant as expected. Just the storyline. We may be in the minority being that we didnt love it. And I'm sure when it is streaming we will catch it, especially being my daughter didn't see it. But definitely did not fulfill the hype.

I had trepidations when my 8 year old begged me to watch this. I'm not always happy with children's books being made into live action movies. But, I have to say, this one was well done. Great cast. I cried, several times. It was a lovely story about loyalty, friendship, family and finding your voice. I do love that Shawn Mendes voiced Lyle. This main song is endearing as well. My son has been having a rough few days, this was exactly what we needed. My other kids are a little older and had no interest, but I may have to convince them now.

I've never watched any of the Madea franchise. But now I've gotta watch them all. I cannot stop laughing! It takes a lot for a good, hard laugh and this movie kept them coming. I love the story and I love this take on a Christmas story. All the little jabs with Larry, "Prilosec OTC," and "Jeff Foxworthy" I'm loving it. Worth a watch if you haven't seen it. I'm looking forward the rest.

I love every moment of it. The babies are always born impeccably clean. Lol. Otherwise, great dramatic show.

I wasn't sure how I'd feel or what this was really about. Then I started watching with my 9 year old who was in a GS troop. I really hated the one group of girls. But I loved this movie. As did my daughter. The end. We both were crying. Acting was great. I loved their background of the main character. I wish there was a little more to the other troop members backgrounds and how they got their names. But overall, recommend this for anyone who likes a happy endearing ending.

This is my favorite book. Read it many years ago for the first time and always hoped they'd make a movie. My dream came true! And it did not disappoint. There were a few small things missing, like 2 barks means faster. But otherwise, it stayed true to the book. In the book, my favorite scene was the zebra scene. Which trickles through the rest of the story. And they did it so perfectly in the movie, I was laughing so loudly! Definitely a beautiful story, Enzo is played well by the dogs and voiced amazingly well by Kevin Costner. Bring tissues. I'm not sure if someone could bring their child to this. There aren't any scenes that are inappropriate sexually and no vulgar language. But, there are some themes which may be upsetting to a child. Depends on the child and their life experiences, what you as a parent think they can handle. Overall, this will pull at anyone's heart strings, even a mans. Lol.

I loved it from it's very beginning to the end making the "full circle" of the Genies life. Which by the way, Will Smith did an incredible job making the Genie his own without stepping on the late great Robin Williams' toes. The colors were magnificent. The music, the action, the story. It was as Disney does, the best. I would like to go back and see it without my children. Lol. And I want my own Raja. I felt the character of Aladdin wasn't as strong as his castmates. But wasn't terrible either. Jasmine was beautiful and sings so beautifully. Jafar wasn't as threatening as expected. He was just a hot guy in a black hat. But overall the 7 of us loved it. Even my husband and he hates anything that doesn't include some kind of war. Well done Guy and Disney. Oh and at the very end, my 4 and 6 year old boys got up and danced with everyone. My 8 year old just rolled her eyes at them, guess shes too cool. Lol.
