Storyline keeps you watching the next episode because you want to know what’s next. However many scenes do not make any sense beyond logic. It’s funny the script got approved. Below pointers show how ridiculous it can be with no thoughts on attention to detail
small potential spoilers warning:
Astronaut swimming in space (vacuum) to get to a vehicle. She actually did the swimming action. This almost made me pass out. I’ve never seen something so ridiculous.
Female doctor was asked to help out with the army as a doctor during her grocery run. Forgot about her grocery run and chose only to go back when they were halfway on their journey. Ran back home instead when she could have told them from the start.
Us operator entered a hospital and first Thing he did was point his gun at the admin lady who was obviously unarmed, instead of trying to use the line to call back for help.
Us special operator pointing his gun around like it’s an arcade game with disregard of gun safety. Pointing it even though a situation has deescalated. Also pointing it like it’s a harmless stick.
Husband who cheated many times, and even tried abandoning his family in the first episode suddenly decides to sacrifice himself for the family. I think his acting budget was up and the director wanted to terminate him from the movie.
Many months after the start of the invasion, petrol kiosks are still working and buildings still have electricity.
In the movie, since they have free flowing electricity, it puzzles me more why did the female doctor abandoned her Tesla since she could have charged in any building in the movie.
Many months After the invasion, hot chocolate is plentiful and refugees can still have the luxury of paper cups, hot chocolate and apples (1 a person!) they should have brought out the turkey.
Female Japanese lead actress threw a Molotov at an alien and ducked and covered her ears like it’s a grenade in season 2 episode 1.
Rebels decide to use their bullets on auto mode maybe 15 bullets minimum used to disable the tyres of a jeep, as well as the headlights while standing less than A metre away from the vehicle. Disregard for ricochet
Also in theory bullets should be valued highly post invasion. They could have used a knife instead to stab the tyres, maybe back of the knife against the headlights.
