Went tonight for the unfortunate third and last time. Wanted to treat kids but was told to hold on and after 10 minutes said hello and can I forgot me and the guy said I told you to hold on. I wasn’t being rude when I said hello. I honestly thought maybe they forgot but this is the third and last time this is happened to me and it’s a shame that sonic doesn’t have standards anymore and they’re OK with their employees running off customers and not caring how they are treated by their employees and honestly that was either a shift lead or a manager at the window drive-through
