The research is pretty much bullsh*t. Specially the shark part. This would have been slightly true for like 20 years ago.
Sharks are the lazy ones looking for injured and scraps of fish from the school unlike tunas, dolphins and billfish.
Since there are no predators for sharks, it has over populated the whole world.
Its the tunas thats been overfished and over eaten by sharks.
