Watched #TheKashmirFiles yesterday in a theatre jam-packed with audience. I wanted to post about my experience yesterday, but I couldn't. It was such an overwhelming experience!
It takes immense courage to make such a bold film which depicts the incidents in the most realistic manner.
Thanks to #VivekRanjanAgnihotri ji who took such a brave step in telling us the facts about genocide of #KashmiriPandits which happened in the 1989 & 1990.
I witnessed the cinema hall going to pin drop silence and could hear the sobbing people. I heard feeble voices from a group of Kashmiri Pandits who were recognizing the real people and identifying them in the characters of the film.
Hats-off to #AnupamKher ji, #PallaviJoshi ji, #mithunchakraborty ji, #DarshanKumar ji, #ChinmayMandlekar ji and all the actors who presented to us the facts about Kashmir that were twisted and destroyed by the Muslim invaders, paid historians, and corrupt politicians!
The monologue of #DarshanKumar is brilliant and exposes the Urban Naxals in the most effective manner which hits you straight in the hearts.
#TheKashmirFiles is not just a "Film", it unfolds a chapter from our history that was suppressed and hidden by few people for their personal and political gains!
I would request everyone to go and watch this film in a theatre even if you've to travel a bit because there are not many serious films makers like #VivekRanjanAgnihotri who has the courage to show the truth. A must watch for every Indian!
