I didn't feel much emotion from Captain marvel . Is it because Captain marvels powers are so strong that they don't need to put any effort in ? Even when she goes full cosmic power (for the first time ) because her powers had been suppressed till then , it was not a big deal to the character . In the effort to build STRONG female characters , some of the character has been lost from the performance .
