Your trash talking bro

It's a very nice book cover art with a somewhat okay story. There are a few issues though, like how fast paced everything is. I feel like some stuff is happening too fast or didn't last very long, like when (Spoilers!!) Tam turned into the demon wolf. It was made out to be this big bad thing but they broke free of the weird demon ghost curse so quick. There's also how little we got to know about the world, this world is full of magic, witches, magical animals and curses yet we don't get shown any of that. There's also Nova's parents being dead, they are still with her as ghosts though but we still never know how they died or why Nova feels weird seeing them. One of Nova's faimily members is part bird for some reason, I guess for jokes and laughs. It was also way too easy to tell who the villain of the story was even though it was supposed to be some plot twist but I saw it coming a mile away. This is kinda minor, but at times some of the art and poses just looked boring and stiff. Anyways, okay book with cute art. Would I show this book to my friends and family? nope.
