Worst written Marvel movie ever. You only need to watch the first 10 minutes and the last 15 minutes as these are the only scenes that truly pull you into the film. I totally agree with another reviewer who stated it seems like one long Saturday Night Live skit. A true waste of these fabulous actors’ talents. For example, there is an absolutely grand place where all the gods hang out. As you watch the zoom in you are expecting something fantastic from costuming and there’s nothing. The “set” is beautiful and totally up to Marvel standards but, the environment is empty. There are just a handful of people and even they are not at all “god like” in appearance. No fantastic animals roaming, nothing lively about the place at all. They try to create a “grand entrance” for Zeus but, it’s so bad that Thor has to point out that it’s the grand entrance. Just painfully sad when I, as a fan, can think of two other ways this could have been a fantastic story to bring value to cannon.
